Recent advances in metasurface (MS) have enabled unprecedented opportunities for Electromagnetic wave manipulation by introducing phase discontinuities, such as anomalous refraction, reflection, and focusing of incident waves. Here, an angular-selective multichannel reflector based on two vertically cascaded MSs is proposed. A particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is utilized to optimize the distribution of phase shifts of the two MS layers placed in parallel. By using the optimized phase distribution, the cascaded MSs can achieve incident angle dependent multichannel reflection control which is verified by far-field simulations.
