Based on structural balance theory and signed network model, we investigate and analyze the signed social network of A company, and find the optimal balanced structure, and delineate the final signed digraph. In terms of the optimal balanced structure, managers can make employee of company achieve most concordant level and arrange employee with positive social relationships at one department as many as possible. Managers may also use the optimal balanced structure to coordinate the internal conflict, and to design the structure of employee of new program.
