Coffee husk is normally burnt on the central coffee production with production 36.72 tons in 2018, this is important to consider environmental problems. The alternative way to utilize this waste is to make compost. Usually the method for make compost is aerob and anaerob with ambient temperature. In this study we conducted for make compost by small incubator with various temperature (30°C and 40°C). Coffee husk were mixed with chicken manure, cow dung, rice grain and Bacillus sp. as bacterial inoculants. The aim of this study was to find out the effects of adding Bacillus sp. with various temperature (30°C and 40°C) by small incubator. In addition, phytotoxicity were investigated on matured compost. The addition of Bacillus sp on compost with temperature of 30°C showed better quality than temperature of 40°C with the value of Phosphorus (2.2%), Calcium (6.55%), Magnesium (12.95%), Available Nitrogen as Nitrate (175 mg/L), Available Nitrogen as Ammonium (44.5 mg/L). C/N ratios of the compost with temperature of 40°C showed the lowest (1:18.1). The final all compost have matured within two-months with the value of phytotoxicity (98% and 81%), respectively. By comparison, it was good quality and faster than the aerobic and anaerobic composting by normal condition, than can be served as fertilizer for agricultural purpose.
