The Flagstaff Arizona facility was having issues the solids in 2014, Carollo was contracted to help solve the issue. We looked at several options and decided that we would go with using Geo bags as a temporary solution. A look at the big picture show a forty-acre Disposal site, two - 8-million-gallon Sludge Storage Basins (SSB's), these units have never been cleaned. The run off from the dedicated land disposal site and over flow from the SSB's are back to the head of the plant were causing issues due to increases the ammonia loading, and we had a lake form during wet weather. This was the good as it allowed us time to come up with better options.
