Disclosed by the present invention are an air contact type chemical liquid bad smell removing system to remove a high concentration of bad smell in a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, and a method for removing bad smell using the same. The method for removing bad smell comprises the steps of: firstly removing a high concentration of bad smell in sewage and wastewater treatment processes, respectively (sewage treatment: inflow section, sedimentation site, concentration tank, dehydration, etc. and wastewater treatment: manure wastewater, food wastewater, etc.); secondly removing a high concentration of bad smell at a meeting point where the treatment processes meet; thirdly removing bad smell while passing through an air contact type chemical liquid reaction tank of a long pipe shape; and discharging water in a deodorized state from which a high concentration of bad smell gas is removed while finally passing through a water-soluble bad smell removing unit and a non-water-soluble bad smell removing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
