摘要

The ferromagnetic (FM)-antiferromagnetic(AFM) exchange coupling is a phenomenon observed in studying Co particles coated with their native antiferromagnetic cobalt oxide[1]. Since then it has been observed in many systems containing FM-AFM interfaces and focused mainly on thin films due to their amenability for the development of devices. The materials showing the FM-AFM exchange anisotiopy are considered for applications in permanent magnets, magnetic recording media or domain stabilizer in recording heads based on anisotropic magnetoresistance. In this paper, we report the synthesis, morphology and magnetic properties of (NiCo)O/NiCo, AFM-FM nanoparticles.
