A comparison of energy dissipation of 4-bit adiabatic multiplier

This paper reports a comparison of energy dissipation between the different adiabatic logics, namely, 2PC2AL, ECRL, and our previously proposed circuit. In the SPICE simulation, target application is a 4-bit multiplier for IoT products.
