摘要

Hyperspectral imaging is efficient and non-destructive technique for measuring food quality and safety. There are many attempts to measure soluble solids content (SSC) because it is important factor for assessing internal quality of fruits. In order to improve SSC prediction for Fuji apple which is the most famous apple specie in Korea, hyperspectral images over the wavelength region of 500-1000nm were acquired and partial least squares (PLS) model were used to build the calibration and prediction model. Several factors for PLS and optimal spectral range for SSC were analyzed and the results showed hyperspectral imaging technique is useful for assessing SSC of apple.
