CHEMEON TCP-NP (No Prep) is a novel optimized, effective, and efficient trivalent chromium conversion coating CHEMEON TCP-NP: 1. Requires fewer pretreatment processing steps than conventional trivalent chromium alternatives 2. Is operated at room temperature, mildly acidic, and is environmentally friendly 3. May be applied by brush, spray, immersion, and applicator pen 4. Is an excellent performing conversion coating that exceeds the requirements of MIL-DTL-81706B[3] and MIL-DTL-5541F[8] 5. Offers superior corrosion resistance as a room temperature anodizing seal and exceeds the corrosion resistance requirements of MIL-A-8625F[7] 6. Performance rivals existing trivalent chromates with QPL approval.
