This paper structures the appraisal index system of knowledge management of talents of new product innovation (NPI), and explains the theoretical foundation and the basic thought that the artificial nerve network (ANN) is applied to appraise knowledge management(KM) of talents of NPI. It structures the back propagate model -BP, which is applied to appraise KM of talents of NPI, and carries out a stimulant operation, and compares with two different appraisal methods at last.
