企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系研究及其应用--以山西省企业知识管理评价指标体系为例

摘要

Based on literature review of KM process,KM capability and KM performance,the author puts forward an indicator system of KM performance evaluation according to the factors influencing KM process.On the basis of pre-research result of 30 businesses in Shanxi province and advice from KM experts,the author amends the indicator system,calculates the indicator weight by using AHP,evaluates the KM Performance of some high-technological companies by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and then puts forward some suggestions for the companies in Shanxi Province.%根据影响知识管理过程实施效果的因素构建并筛选了知识管理绩效评价的预选指标集，基于山西省企业的知识管理实施情况建立了绩效评价的指标体系，通过层次分析法确定指标权重及重要性排序，运用模糊层次方法对知识管理绩效进行评价，提出在实施知识管理过程中山西省企业应重点关注的问题。
