The enterprise's knowledge management performance evaluating indicator system is an important basis for the evaluation of enterprise knowledge management performance. Only if we establish a set of scientific and feasible enterprise knowledge management performance evaluating indicator system, the enterprise's knowledge management level could be reflected, and the gap and shortage could be found and corrected, so that the enterprise could adapt to the complex and changeable circumstances in the age of knowledge-based economy. The thesis proposes the principle for building enterprise knowledge management performance evaluating indicator system. Taking into account of the practical condition of the enterprise, the thesis select the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluating indicator set by using Delphi method. Then the evaluating indicator system hierarchy chart is established by AHP method. The thesis quotes Saaty 1~9 scaling procedure and average random coincidence indicator RI value, proceeds the quantifying and weighting calculation for the evaluating indicator, and establishes enterprise knowledge management performance evaluating indicator system model by coincidence test and other integrated methods for judgment matrix. Through the simulated experiment, the scientificalness and feasibility of the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluating indicator system model is proved.
