The finance is a core of the modern economy, the research on relationship between finance and economic receives the close attention of researcher in recent years, the finance is more and more outstanding as an important resource in the economic growth of supporting the development of economy. This article regards finance backing as the angle of research, it probes the relationship between the financial variable and regional economic development, and then, it choose the data of area of Hubei as the sample, based on the positive analysis, it sets up the econometrical model according to the data of finance and economic development of Hubei in the past ten years, it analyses the contribution and supporting for economic development of Hubei in course of financial operation from the angel of quantification, lastly, it puts forward the policy suggestion of strengthening financial support, promoting economic development of Hubei.
