This paper presents a study on the implementation of the nitinol motor that use springs with shape memory. It refers to an engine system with two eccentric rings systems, which are attached to each other with the nitinol elements. While they are immersed in hot water they will give forces that will result a rotative motion. The operating characteristics are presented, materialized in the spring force variation and the motor torque and speed. The characteristics are achieved depending on the temperature that come under the nitinol springs. The results will be analyzed and used for the actuators development based on the nitinol springs and also for the development of more efficient motors with increased efficiency.
