Management Mode of Project Material Cost Based on the Model of Causality Relation Feedback Loop

In order to reduce the engineering cost and improve the economic benefit, it is very important to strengthen the management of engineering material cost. Material cost management is a system which includes many process. But most researchers concentrate on a single stage or multistage combination research. Few of them do research from the angle of the whole producing process of material cost. This paper uses experiential method of new eco-sociology, pattern-causality relation feedback loop, to analyze the project material cost management. A management behavior model of project material cost is built by the system dynamics software Vensim PLE. Based on Causes Tree, the root cause of the changes in the material cost is the management mode. It is benefit for reducing the project material cost to establish a new management mode of project material cost by using the management experience of enterprise internal control.
