Some analytic results on Sommerfeld integrals with branch points

The analytical form of spectral domain Green's functions is discussed by means of symmetry considerations. This yields meromorphic decompositions with exact branch cut extraction. It is shown that this requires the calculation of Hankel convolutions of surface and volume waves.
