Blended Learning in Senior Reactor Operator Certification Program

摘要

Many professionals from the nuclear power generation industry require extensive knowledge of integrated control room operations similar to that required by senior reactor operators. However, these individuals may not have the opportunity to receive a full senior reactor operator license. For many years, Westinghouse has addressed this need through its Senior Reactor Operator Equivalency Certification Program. The intent of this paper is to share our experience in designing and conducting this program.
