The sensitivity of atomic magnetometer is impacted by many factors, such as the pump frequency, pump intensity, detection intensity, etc. Improving the atomic magnetometer sensitivity from the perspective of hardware system has significant limitation, so the paper begins with a software algorithm. The Kalman filter is introduced into the atomic magnetometer data processing system in order to improve the sensitivity of the magnetometer. After Kalman filter program, the system sensitivity is improved to 0.09 pT/Hz1/2. But the actual situation is more complex, so the method used in sine wave signal will occur obvious deformation and delay, this remains to be improved.
