摘要

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is often used in analyzing the resistive and capacitive properties of materials; the interdigitated microelectrodes (IMEs) has a high sensitivity in impedance detection. As the height of the electrode increasing, the more measurement space can be provided in the electrode. The effect of 3D IMEs on EIS can be discussed through fabricating IMEs with various heights and measuring the impedance of the medium. Comparing with the measurement results of the plane IMEs, the 3D IMEs can reduce interfacial resistance and amplify the conductive and capacitive properties of the media.
