摘要

This article propose the set up time and the output ripple voltage of single cell charge pump which is discharge the output current with a constant current circuit. The current mode discharge control helps to stabilize the operating voltage on the flying capacitor. The pump up time of the C_(FLY) is decrease because of in the transient time, the charge transfer from the C_(FLY) to the C_(OUT) of the circuit is controlled to be constant instead of controlled by the operating of the charge control MOS transistor by charge the maximum current (peak current) and decrease by the exponential function of the capacitor characteristic. This concept can decrease 30 time of the set up time of the single cell charge pump circuit.
