摘要

The purpose of this paper is to construct the mathematical model of bacterial colony formations and to analyze the influence of disturbance such as an antibiotic to bacterial colony. Focusing our attention on the bacteria called Bacillus subtilis, the stochastic modeling of colony formations by stochastic reaction diffusion equations and colony patterns under antibiotic stress are studied through numerical simulations.
