FUTURE RISK MANAGEMENT TRAINING

摘要

The site was successful in closing the gap with identifying present risk and future risk vulnerabilities. About six months following the first training session a follow on class, Future Risk Seminar was provided to the Engineering staff to review decisions resulting in a mitigated future risk for the station. This class has been included in the initial training program for Engineering Support Personnel. The continuing training program will continue to cover risk principles to ensure proper behaviors are enforced and drive culture shift to risk sensitivity.
