Chiral structure control of metal nano-needles fabrictaed by optical vortex laser ablation

We discovered that chiral-structure of nano-needles fabricated by optical vortex laser ablation can be controlled by changing the magnitude of orbital angular momentum. We also demonstrated the formation of a chiral Si-bump.
