摘要

The paper presents the activities and results of the on-going Erasmus+ Competence Building in Higher Education project DOCMEN for development and delivery of innovative curricula in microelectronics. The project started with a survey for need analysis involving 20 partner higher education institutions and many industry stakeholders in Kazakhstan, Armenia and Israel to analyze the situation in the educational programs on micro- nanoelectronics education. The problems concerning curriculum development were identified, as increasing requirements in the training of teachers with a high degree of specialized knowledge and skills to conduct creative, interdisciplinary curriculum on development and manufacturing of new, high-tech electronics. Besides that, the universities don't maintain close ties with the industry for the purpose of pushing forward practical competence of their graduates. To address the problems and challenges identified, nineteen universities and companies from Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Israel share human, technological resources and infrastructure in order to design new curricula, based on the European Credit Transfer System to be used in the partners' educational programs in micro-nanoelectronics. The project is on the stage of the pilot test of innovated curricula.
