Hi Barrier Metallized Film Manufacture: the Substrate/surface treatment/vacuum Processinteraction

摘要

The successful production of high barrier metallized packaging film products relies on the combinationof film design parameters; the online and in-chamber film surface treatment process in combinationwith the metallization process conditions. This paper will review the previous findings and lay out theimportance of film barrier property development using the combination for film surface polymerselection, optimization of film line and in chamber treatment methods and the control of themetallization process parameters.
