摘要

Reducing upstream vessel compliance induces downstream inflammatory responses in BPAECs as stiff vessel cannot dampen the high pulsatility flow. The TLR2/NF-kB pathway is involved in the inflammatory response to flow stimulation in BPAECs. Thus, the TLR2/NF-kB pathway could be therapeutic targets for endothelial inflammation of pulmonary hypertension.
