摘要

As the user's participation in information service is improved, the information user's behavior and satisfaction gradually become one of the most important elements of information service evaluation. At present, the measurement of user satisfaction in the performance evaluation of information service still lack the support of effective theory model. While the theoretical basis of the existing research of information service quality and user satisfaction is mainly come from the enterprise and marketing field. Explore how to construct the information user satisfaction model applying to information service and management, which also can embody the information user's behavior and psychological character, will further improve the development of the evaluation system of information user satisfaction.
