The following conclusions can be drawn from this study: 1) Dynamic coefficients are greatly influenced by operating parameters such as supply pressure and rotating speed. Stiffness increase with the increase both of supply pressure and rotating speed, however, damping increase with the increase of supply pressure but decrease with the increase of rotating speed.
