Risk Assessment and Avoidance Strategies Research for Garbage Power Generation CDM Project

摘要

As a new type of international cooperation mechanism, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project faces many uncertainties. It is therefore especially important to establish a perfect risk management mechanism. Based on the status of garbage power generation CDM projects in China, this paper analyses the project risks on the development process from different views, makes an assessment on the various risk factors by using the AHP and fuzzy evaluation methods, and propose the corresponding risk-control strategies to prevent and solve various risks, ensure the healthy and sustainable development of garbage power generation CDM projects.
