摘要

we present a curve skeleton algorithm extracted from the incomplete point of the image based on a level set model in this paper. Combining the main point of the set of generalized directional axis of rotational symmetry (RSA), our algorithm improves the original skeleton extraction algorithm and does the skeletonazation processing in the case that point set data has a large number of missing of image. Specifically, we use an iterative algorithm to compute the RSA of a point set and to calculate the robust curve skeleton of generalized cylindrical region via compensating for special process of noncylindrical connecting region. Experimental results show that the skeleton point of the skeleton gained by our algorithm is fully in the center and the topology is clear.
