摘要

On the basis of the technology of GIS 、database and network, the paper designs and develops The Release System Web-Based Design Of The National Petroleum Resources Database considering the feature of the data itself using the technology of web development such as Asp.Net and the programming language C#. In the article, the authors represent the designing framework and model. The development of the system realizes the centralized management and information sharing of the isomeric space, and provides important information and platform for the prospectors , managers and exploiters of the Petroleum Resources.
