Basketball is a highly technical sport. If all the traditional style of teaching can be taken on the same lesson plan, the different teaching levels of requirement are difficult to satisfy the requirements of students. "Levels" teaching is based on students' different ability level of knowledge and acceptance of different levels, which has designed for students of different levels with their corresponding teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, so that the students' quality and technical mastery of movement have greatly improved their level of non-intellectual factors. In this paper, the public focus on the college sports teaching the characteristics of the ball, and the analysis of the relevant sub-levels are based on the theory of teaching for the university teaching of the public that focus to the ball on "different levels of teaching". Comprehensive analysis of the experimental class students are in the quality physical activity indicators. Chiao basic quality indicators of the ball, non-intellectual factors (it mainly refers to the "interest in learning", "confidence" and "innovation awareness" and "sense of cooperation" these four areas) index and the competitive challenges of the experimental class were divided into groups to improve the self-confidence group, balance oil group and other two levels.
