In order to better improve the structured degree of customer data in networked customer relationship management system, according to mass data resources organization of networked customer relationship management, the paper introduced the linked data and RDF format theory and application research situation, also about the data organization of customer resources, mechanism theory based on linked data under information space, and the paper presents the linked data of customer data resources released application mode and resource service mode, which can improve customer discovert service with linked data, also for the' application the theory of practice provide certain references.
