Put teaching and research activities as the carrier, using the blog, microblogging and other tools for leading, put the learning organization concepts into young university teachers group and established it. Using the learning organization characteristics of continuous, self-improvement, combined with the high participation and fully open sharing characteristics of Web2.0 tools, developing the tacit knowledge of young teachers, promoting update and circulation of knowledge, helping teachers to construct sustainable development's lifelong learning system.Under the principle of learning organization, the effective development of teachers' tacit knowledge has practical significance in improving the teachers' self-consciousness and initiative of post-career education's.
