With the deepening of teaching reform, and under the guidance of Hengshui municipal key high schools, the elementary education level of Hengshui continuously develops.It has a demonstrative effect over the whole province.The enrollment quota is higher than that of Hebei.However, under the heavy work pressure, the teachers are in bad health and can not insist on the work.The phenomenon that teachers lie in bed to have a rest and improve the body condition arises with that.So, it is an important factor influencing the sustainable development of education of Hengshui municipal high key schools.On the basis of the view point of scientific development, how to enhance health consciousness, how to strengthen scientific physical exercise and how to ensure the teachers' health play an important pail in the sustainable development of the elementary education of our city.
