摘要

The phenomenon of the west central urban commodity residential house price rising excessively has aroused wide concern in recent years. It is very important to explore the mechanism of action about rising price of commodity residential house. Using the panel data model to research the average price in 2002-2008 of 7 west central cities, the empirical study shows that town residents' disposable income level, commodity residential completion area and GDP such three main dynamic factors play significant role in the west central urban commodity residential house price forming process.
