Study on GIS- based Highway Construction Management Information System

摘要

As a country's economic lifeline,road is constantly upgrading position in the daily life due to more and more frequent use of vehicles with the improvement of technology and people's living standards.In recent years,it has also been a rapid development in China's highway construction quality and speed with the rapid economic development.However,the traditional management of highway construction has become increasingly unsuited to the development of society with high-tech means of penetration.It isn't conducive to its effective management,especially when computer technology and network technology are involved in the huge highway project.Unfortunately,the management is even more powerless.Geographic Information System (GIS) combines network technology and highway construction,by which the construction of road modernization is improved.
