Analysis on the Development of Dynamic Capabilities Based on IT Innovation

摘要

By focusing on today's rapidly changing business environment,this paper analyzes conceptually how enterprises can develop their dynamic capabilities from the application of information technology (IT) innovation.It indicates that the impacts of IT innovation on the four dimensions of dynamic capabilities vary in some sort.Different kinds of IT innovation emphasize impacts on different dimensions of capabilities specifically.This study serves as a basis for further empirical studies.
