摘要

A hexagonal dual-mode filter basing on source-load coupling (S-L coupling) is presented. The functions of the S-L coupling on the open stub dual-mode filter's performance including its potential to generate controllable transmission zeros to create a quasi-elliptic response, is investigated in detail. Then, a bandpass filter is designed, fabricated and tested to validate the design concept. Both simulated and measured results are presented.
