As the increasing of retail market competition,native large retail enterprise is facing unprecedented pressure of competition,customer value is the new source in constructing competitive advantage.The paper introduces the meaning of customer value and competitive advantage,and the relations between them.It explores the method for detecting the customer value of native large retail enterprise.Finally,it further puts forward the developing process of constructing native large retail enterprise competitive advantage based on customer value ,and provides the basis for decisionmaking to improve its competitiveness.
