Research on Utilization Efficiency of Science and Technology Talents in Henan Province

摘要

In the knowledge economy age,the regional economy's sustained,rapid development is inseparable from the strong support of science and technology talents.This paper aims to find out the key factors which influence the utilization of science and technology talents from Henan Province.Firstly,based on the literature and empirical research,the paper proposes index system of utilization efficiency measurement about science and technology talents.Secondly,the paper analyzed current utilization of science and technology talents in Henan province from the macroand micro-two levels.Study finds that the main reason for the lower utilization efficiency is the environment and the mechanisms of talents from the macroscopic aspect.On the micro level,the impact of utilization efficiency is the main factor associated with the organizational climate.Finally,according to the research findings,we draw up some suggestions that promote utilization efficiency of science and technology talents unceasingly.
