Research on Deviation and Countermeasure of View of Vocational Selection of College Students Majoring in Tourism Management

With the continuous development of the tourism industry, higher tourism education has cultivated a large number of professionals on the one hand, demand for high-quality and high-skilled employees is growing on the other hand. However, the effective docking of supply and demand of college tourism professionals is not achieved. The industry employment rate of college students majoring in tourism is too low. The supply and demand of the tourism industry professionals are dislocated seriously. One of the important reasons that leading to the above condition is the serious deviation of view of vocational selection of college students majoring in tourism management. It is necessary to discuss from various perspectives such as legislature, education authority, tourism industry, tourism enterprise, society, tourism college and students to help college students majoring in tourism management set up a correct view of vocational selection.
