Efficiency Analysis of Cities Undertaking Offshore Software Outsourcing on Basis of DEA

摘要

Efficiency analysis on cities that undertake offshore software outsourcing can assist to improve the overall strength of our national software outsourcing. This paper, employs and integrates Factor Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate the input and output efficiency of IS domestic cities that undertake offshore software outsourcing projects, which overcomes the defects of traditional DEA by means of using the factor scores as the input and output values of DEA, consequently coming to provide satisfactory conclusions.
