Clone selection based immune predictive control (CIPC) for networked control systems with packet dropouts is proposed in this paper. Distributed NCS model is developed where the controller is driven by event-time, and the senor and actuator are both driven by time. A queue management mechanism (QMM) is designed to store and update control sequence and output sequence. A compensation strategy based on the combination of CIPC and queuing scheme is given. Simulation examples show that the compensation scheme is feasible and effective if control receding horizon of CIPC is not less than the number of data packets lost continuously.
