Coevolution Study on Eco-academic System of Research Teams in Colleges

摘要

As basic research units,the research teams in University have more and greater influence.Coordination in the academic system is extremely important.From the start of researching the importance of ecosystems in the research teams of university,the paper introduced research teams in university,and then conducted a hierarchical analysis of their academic ecosystem.Based on lotka-Volterra model,the coevolution of academic ecosystem was modeled and analyzed from three aspects of competition,cooperation,competition and cooperation.The conclusion provided reference for the healthy operation of the academic system in the college.
