Appraisal about Independent Innovation Ability of Enterprises in Jinan

In order to understand the innovation ability of enterprises in Jinan, this article chooses 14 targets to appraise the independent innovation ability with analytic hierarchy process method from four aspects: independent innovation investment ability, independent innovation activity ability, independent innovation output ability and independent innovation environment ability. The result indicates that the independent innovation ability of technology-intensive and capital-intensive industries is the strongest, while that of labor-intensive industry is weaker. And monopoly industry has the weakest independent innovation ability.
