Remote monitoring and commanding dispatch system of working boats based on C/S structure

摘要

With the increasing projects and boats in the sea, it is important to control the progress and quality of projects. So monitoring and working command system take a very important role in controlling projects' quality and promising workers' safety. This paper designed a set of monitoring commanding systems for working boats' operation based on C/S structure. It combines GPS high-precision technology and GIS engine technology to realize visual location monitoring and commanding dispatch of working boats. The paper also analyzed technical methods of two far-away boats' communication.
