Label-free flow cytometry using multiplex coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (MCARS) for biological analysis

Label-free flow cytometry using MCARS is performed on a live culture of S. cerevisiae at up to 100 cells/second using elastic scatter measurements and background-free spectra obtained through a Kramers-Kronig transform.
