The sharing plan and stability analysis of the Strategic cooperation of harbor-dry port

In order to maximum improve the economic benefit and social benefit on the Strategic alliance of harbor - dry port, reduce social logistics overall costs. The paper applied strategic alliance theory in analyzing the stability of dry port-harbor alliance, and the brittleness and system collapse conditions of alliance, it constructed sharing mechanism of dry port-harbor based on the Shapley value in Game Theory to analyze stability of strategic alliance.
