摘要

The selection of outsourcing service provider plays a key role in the outsourcing of human resource management. The scientific evaluation to the outsourcing service provider is an important part in reducing outsourcing risk. In this paper, by using the Delphi method we determine the selection criteria of service provider and build a scientific outsourcing service provider selection and evaluation system. We get the result of how to select and evaluate the service provider, which can fully reflect the practical need of the enterprise in Chinese outsourcing market which is still in the initial stage. Besides we provide detailed procedures of selecting service provider, which could be a reference to the outsourcing service provider selection.
